Large sinkhole blocks street in west Little Rock during the aftermath of Beryl

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - A large sinkhole was discovered in west Little Rock on the corner of Bowman and Markham Place Drive Tuesday morning.

It has been reported that Beryl could be the cause of the sinkhole, but it has not been confirmed.

The area has been blocked from traffic until further notice.

As remnants of Beryl tore through Arkansas Monday night, several tornado warnings were issued. There was also flooding and potential tornado damage around central Arkansas.
