Lawmakers propose $175 million for Lake Champlain through 2032

New York lawmakers from both parties have introduced a federal bill to extend the Lake Champlain Basin Program through 2032, earmarking $35 million a year for water quality improvements, invasive species control, and pollution reduction across the border with Vermont.
