FARMINGDALE, N.Y. (PIX11) — A Long Island man was indicted Wednesday for allegedly stabbing a man at Adventureland in July, according to Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond Tierney.
On July 7, members of Daniel Tomasky's family got into a fight with another family while at the amusement park around 5 p.m., according to officials. Tomasky, 42, allegedly took a knife from his waistband and charged at James Burns, who was not a part of the fight. Tomasky is accused of stabbing Burns in the abdomen, per police. And the DA said the stabbing happened in front of several kids.
