ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - A man accused of lewd acts in the parking lot of a Fenton shopping center is now behind bars.
The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has charged Nicholas Kolodgie, 34, with one charge of first-degree harassment amid the investigation.
The St. Louis County Police Department reports that victims of the allegations under investigation are multiple teenage girls.
According to a probable cause statement obtained by FOX 2, Kolodgie followed victims in the parking lot and asked them to watch him engage in a lewd act. Investigators say this happened "without good cause" and "with the purpose to cause emotional distress," according to the probable cause statement.
The incident reportedly occurred on June 26 in the 100 block of Gravois Bluffs Plaza Drive
The St. Louis County Police Department suspects that Kolodgie may have participated in "similar behavior" prior to this reported incident.
