Man Charged After Active Shooter Call Sparks Police Standoff in Allentown

ALLENTOWN, Pa. – An early morning report of an active shooter prompted a large police response in Allentown after officers responded to reports of a man firing a handgun outside a residence before hearing additional gunshots from inside the home.
