Man charged with murder for deadly wrong-way crash, was fleeing after hitting sexual assault victim with car

The man accused of driving the wrong way on the freeway and causing the death of two teenagers has been charged with murder. He was allegedly leaving the scene of a sexual assault where he struck the victim with his car.
