INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indianapolis man charged for killing one person and injuring five others at a Broad Ripple bar has been convicted.

A jury found Nicholas Fulk, 27, guilty of murder and multiple counts of battery after a three-day jury trial.

The shooting happened at Landsharks in March 2024. Police say a fight broke out between two women, one of which Fulk was with. That’s when he opened fire, killing Tim Brown Jr. and injuring several others.
