Man detained at Cal City ICE detention center for 11 months speaks out during supervisors meeting

At Tuesday's board of supervisors meeting, activists made it clear where they stand on the California City ICE Facility, however, one man spoke on the facility from personal experience, having been released from there just hours earlier.
