Midland tattoo artist, barber shop moves to new location, celebrates with ribbon-cutting ceremony

A combination barber, tattoo and piercing shop in Midland just marked its grand re-opening. Previously located off Big Spring St., Ink Addicts & Fades opened their new venue off East Florida Ave. just last week.
