ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – It's a sad update to the missing dog from the exploding water main two weeks ago.
The service dog that went missing in northeast Albuquerque has now been found dead in the rubble.
"She shouldn't have gone, thought that no dog should go through that," said Ivy’s owner Rose Romero.
Romero is left heartbroken knowing her beloved service dog will no longer be by her side. She has had Ivy for almost 14 years.
