Missing teen boy last seen near North High School

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Police are in need of the public's help locating a missing teen boy who was last seen on July 12, near North High School.

According to Bakersfield police, Devontay Jacquez Potter Jr., 16, was last seen Friday around 8:30 a.m. near the intersection of McCray Street and Galaxy Avenue. Devontay is at risk due to this being his first time reported as missing.

Officials said he stands six feet one inch tall, weighs 160 pounds and has black hair, worn in a bun, with shaved sides, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a Hawaiian-style shirt with green white and black colors, black and gray jeans with black shoes.
