Missouri man accused of posting videos making explosives allegedly downloaded by attacker in Bourbon Street New Year’s Day terror attack

A Missouri man was arrested on allegations of creating videos making explosives that were allegedly used by the attacker in the New Year's Day Bourbon Street terrorist attack, the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Western District of Missouri announced.
