MOOYAH Burgers is coming to Sandy as part of Utah expansion

SANDY, Utah (ABC4) -- Sandy residents will have a new burger joint in the area soon.

MOOYAH Burgers, Fries and Shakes -- which currently has only one location in Utah --announced its plans to expand the burger chain across the northern part of the state, starting with Sandy.

While the timeline and exact location of the new restaurant have yet to be announced, the owners of the Provo location said they plan to open a Sandy location soon followed by additional restaurants in northern Utah and the Salt Lake area, according to the news release.

“A lot of things cycle in and out of popularity in the restaurant industry, but burgers are always consistent,” Franchise Co-owner Art Depole said.
