'More dead children': Explosive lawsuit filed by Genesis Mata's siblings alleging CPS directly caused her death

A lawsuit has been filed in federal court calling for justice for 8-year-old Genesis Mata, alleging Kern County Child Protective Services has systematically failed children for years and that little Genesis is the latest in a series of dead children who were supposed to be under CPS protection.
