Mt. Juliet considers downtown development proposals

For months, city commissioners have had a chance to consider two proposals to redevelop roughly eight acres of city-owned land between East Hill Street and Mt. Juliet Road. District 4 Commissioner Jennifer Milele worked to get the ball rolling Monday night.
