ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- Odessa native and long-time volunteer announced his intention to run for the Odessa City Council at-large seat this November. Stoker will run alongside incumbent, Denise Swanner, on the ballot.
"It's really just fun to think about what could be," Stoker said. "That's what I really wanted to talk about today...my vision for Odessa. What we can have in the future."
