National Night Out events across San Diego County

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- National Night Out, the national initiative that gives the community and local law enforcement a chance to interact at free neighborhood events, is happening in cities around San Diego County on Tuesday.

The San Diego Police Department and San Diego County Sheriff's Office will be holding several free events around the county between 4 and 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 6, while Chula Vista Police Department and Escondido Police Department will also be holding events.
