Nevada congressman introduces bill targeting tipped wage reform

Nevada Democratic Rep. Steven Horsford stood alongside members of the Culinary Union Local 226 and tipped workers from across Southern Nevada on Wednesday to announce new legislation aimed at changing how tipped workers are paid and taxed.
