New Jersey Tells Residents How to Report Restaurants for Violating Plastic Utensil and Straw Laws

TRENTON, N.J. — New Jersey residents who receive plastic utensils, straws or condiment packets they did not request now have a way to report businesses that violate the state’s recently enacted “Skip the Stuff” law.
