The Faulk family is facing unimaginable heartbreak once again. Former NFL star Kevin Faulk is mourning the sudden death of his daughter Tanasha — just four years after the family lost 19-year-old Kevione.

Tanasha, 30, died unexpectedly on Saturday, December 6 at Oschner Lafayette Medical Center in Lafayette, Louisiana, according to the Acadiana Advocate. While details surrounding her cause of death have not been released, the outlet reported that no foul play is suspected.

Kevin, who won three Super Bowls with the New England Patriots, shared daughter Tanasha and Kevione with his wife, Latisha Faulk. Their family has already endured enormous loss, Kevione died in 2021 while Kevin was working at LSU as a running backs coach. Kevione was a student worker for the football program.

At the time, LSU issued a heartfelt statement, saying, “We are heartbroken with the passing of Kevione Faulk, and our thoughts and prayers are with the Faulk family. She was a part of the LSU family, and we mourn the loss of a daughter, a sister, a friend, a classmate and a colleague.”
