'No one is above the law': Honolulu investigator indicted for witness intimidation

An Oʻahu Grand Jury indicted an investigator from the Honolulu Department of the Prosecuting Attorney for a total of seven criminal offenses on Feb. 20, Attorney General Anne Lopez announced.
