North Little Rock brings holiday cheer with Elks Christmas Parade

Despite the cold weather, spectators turned out to watch the North Little Rock Elks Christmas Parade, which featured marchers, first responders, pageant titleholders, and floats, and traveled 20 blocks down Main Street in the Argenta area.
