Northbound I-25 closed: 8 taken to hospital after crash near Larkspur

DENVER (KDVR) -- Eight people were transported to a local hospital after a multi-vehicle crash on northbound Interstate 25 near Larkspur Saturday afternoon, according to the Colorado State Patrol.

The northbound lanes of the interstate were shut down completely as of 1 p.m., according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.

The crash happened at 12:21 p.m. at milepost 171, which is just north of Larkspur.
