NY AG James sues landlords over inhumane conditions: Freezing, rats, and sewage

New York Attorney General Letitia James has filed a lawsuit against the owners of an Orange County apartment complex for allegedly forcing tenants to endure freezing temperatures, sewage leaks, and rodent infestations, and for retaliating against tenants who spoke up.
