ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) - Connie May, Executive Director for Institutional Effectiveness, and her team have been named the winner of the Catalyst Award for Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness. The award honors institutions that have successfully grown in their assessment practices and influenced positive behavioral changes, according to a release from Odessa College.
The College said the Catalyst Award recognizes the Institutional Effectiveness Division's effort to transform OC's assessment practices, leading to targeted improvements in student learning. Through Anthology Outcomes data analysis, OC said staff have identified areas for enhancement, fostering a positive impact on student success and institutional compliance.
