Ocean County Mexican National Held on Drug Charges, Resisting Arrest

TOMS RIVER, N.J. — A booking record from the Ocean County Jail shows Rene Ramirez-Garcia, 28, was committed to the facility on Monday following his arrest on charges including resisting arrest and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

According to the inmate record, Ramirez-Garcia was booked into the jail on Aug. 17 and remains in custody in Ocean County. Jail records identify him as a citizen of Mexico.
