Off-duty NYC Parks employee arrested in Queens: NYPD

QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) -- An off-duty New York City employee was arrested on Saturday afternoon, according to the NYPD.

Hebron Joseph, 32, was arrested at 3:07 p.m. near 198th Street and Murdock Avenue, police said.

Joseph was on a motorcycle when police conducted a traffic stop.

Police say Joseph is an employee of NYC Parks. He faces numerous charges, including reckless endangerment, harassment, menacing, and criminal mischief, police said.
