Officials call for two-year delay to SNAP changes

New Yorkers began to lose their SNAP benefits in June when the new work requirements took effect. Vice President at the Regional Food Bank Susan Lintner says her organization has seen an additional 81,000 requests for food since the changes were implemented, with some people asking for food multiple times.
