One dead, dozens displaced after Drexel Hill apartment fire traps residents on balconies

Rescues were made at the Llanerch Place Apartments on Township Line Road in Drexel Hill, Upper Darby Township, early Saturday morning. 1 person was killed, 7 others injured, and about 75 residents were displaced.
