Over 24K 911 calls, over 1K arrests reported in Bakersfield during July: BPD

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Bakersfield Police Department responded to 24,527 911 calls during July and conducted 1,127 arrests. Police said the communications center received a total of 58,933 incoming calls.
