Owners sought after two dogs found dead on train tracks in Coxsackie

The New Baltimore Animal Hospital and the Greene County Sheriff's Office are searching for the owners of two German Shepherds. The dogs, according to the sheriff's office, were found dead on the train tracks near Coxsackie.
