Pacific Beach Elementary, district leaders celebrate new TK/kindergarten building

Leaders from the San Diego Unified School District joined students, parents, community members and staff at Pacific Beach Elementary School on Monday to celebrate the completion of a new Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and kindergarten building.
