ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) -- Multiple Central PA businesses faced violations from Pennsylvania State Police Liquor Enforcement officers in July.
While the liquor enforcement is based out of Blair County, this region of officers covers Blair, Bedford, Cambria, Centre, Fulton, Huntingdon, Mifflin and Somerset counties.
In the month of July, they reported 20 arrests and four violation letters across their counties.
While details on the arrests were unavailable, the following businesses were given violations.
Bedford County:
Bedford Elks Club, Bedford -- "Failed to have a board-approved manager complete RAMP owner/manager training within 180 days of the board's approval of the appointment on May 21 through June 27."
Blair County:
Sheetz, Altoona -- "Sold, furnished and/or gave or permitted such sale, furnishing or giving alcoholic beverages to one visibly intoxicated patron on April 18."
Cambria County:
Ball Buster's Sports Bar, Cresson -- "Sold alcoholic beverages after health permit or license expired February 29."
Somerset County:
Sullivan's Bar & Restaurant, Somerset -- "Failed to adhere to the conditions of the agreement entered into with the board placing additional restrictions upon the subject's license."
The regional enforcement team said they received 90 complaints. 13 citation...
