JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WTAJ) -- An Arnold man was sentenced in federal court on his convictions to distribute and possession with the intent to distribute cocaine.
Milton Paschal, 44, conspired with others to distribute and posses with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of a mixture and substance containing cocaine from September 2021 to March 2023. Additionally, in December 2022 Paschal possessed with intent to distribute a quantity of a mixture and substance containing cocaine.
Paschal was intercepted on a federal wiretap obtaining quantities of cocaine that he distributed to others. Assistant United States Attorney Arnold P. Bernard Jr. prosecuted this case on behalf of the government.
United States Attorney Olshan commended the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Laurel
Highlands Resident Agency and Homeland Security Investigations for the investigation that led to the successful prosecution of Paschal.
Additional agencies participating in this investigation include the Internal Revenue Service – Criminal Investigation, United States Postal Inspection Service, and other local law enforcement agencies.
