Permian Basin agencies join Texas Hill Country flood relief

Emergency services and relief organizations from the Permian Basin, including Reeves County ESD and the Salvation Army, have deployed personnel and supplies to assist with ongoing rescue and recovery efforts following catastrophic flooding in the Texas Hill Country.
