CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- A Johnstown man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly raping a teenager as well as inappropriately messaging who he thought was a minor.
Zachary Kinkead Sr., 41, was charged over two different encounters. Police were informed of the first incident in February while the second was reported just a few months later in June. A woman first reported Kinkead to police on Feb. 2.
The victim told police that Kinkead allegedly raped her when she was between 14 and 15-years-old, according to the criminal complaint. She said that she had been in the shower when Kinkead came in and got undressed. He then proceeded to get into the shower with the victim and touch her inappropriately, police noted in the charges.
Kinkead then allegedly began having sexual intercourse with the victim. She told police that he had pinned her up against the wall of the shower during the forced intercourse, the complaint reads.
Months later, on June 11, police received a phone call that Kinkead had been filmed by 814 Pred Hunters allegedly admitting that he was soliciting sex from a minor online. The minor was a decoy used by 814 Pred H...
