Power restored in northwest Bakersfield after outage left thousands without power

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Thousands of residents' power is restored Monday afternoon after a PG&E outage in northwest Bakersfield. According to the PG&E website, the outage is affected the neighborhoods south of Kratzmeyer Road and neighborhoods near Stockdale Highway and Allen Road.
