LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- President Joe Biden is in Las Vegas -- back on the campaign trail -- after pausing his campaign after an assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump. Biden is trying to shore up Black and Latino Nevada voters during his two-day visit.

Former President Donald Trump and President Joe Biden are in a tight race to win the battleground state. Most polls have shown that Trump and Biden are in a neck-to-neck race. Minority voters could give Biden the edge.

On Tuesday morning, Biden will speak at the 115th NAACP National Convention at Mandalay Bay. He is expected to announce efforts to lower housing costs by limiting rent increases and building more homes.
