Pure Green brings healthy food options to Midland

MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) - The Pure Green Juice Bar opened up a little over a week ago in Midland, and the Tall City's health conscious customers have already made this place a hit.

"They're really excited that we have products that don't have any added sugars. It is what it says it is," said Pure Green owner Dora Braun.

Braun also says that their healthy smoothies and other options are especially popular with Midlanders looking to recover after a workout.

"Your body gets sore, a little tight, but if we feed it right and give it the super foods it needs, we recover faster. And we finally have a place in Midland where you can find those things," said Braun.

And while Braun and her team are focused on the Tall City for now, if things keep going their way, they plan to expand.

"We're looking to develop in Odessa, Lubbock, Abilene, West Texas. But home is Midland, and that's why we chose Midland first," said Braun.
