A South Dakota man, who worked at a residential care facility in Winner, is headed to prison for rape.

The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for western South Dakota from noon Thursday to 11 p.m. Thursday night.

Areas of fog have formed once again in parts of KELOLAND, but the hazy sunshine will be common in all parts of the region this afternoon.
