River Road Apartments residents cleared to return home as water recedes

UPDATE: As of Saturday afternoon, DPW is giving the OK for residents to return to their homes at River Road Apartments.

“At this time, all water has receded away from the bank of primary concern near the River Road Apartments, and we are not anticipating any further erosion,” Deputy Director of DPW Daniel Stevenson told News 8.
