Robert Kennedy submits signatures for appearing on Arkansas ballot

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – An independent candidate for United States president said they have submitted the signatures needed to appear on the November ballot in Arkansas.

The Robert Kennedy campaign for president announced Monday that his campaign has submitted the required signatures for the Natural State. Arkansas law requires 5,000 signatures and the group said 13,000 had been submitted in the announcement.

A campaign representative said Arkansas was one of the five states where signatures were submitted on Monday, with Kansas, Maryland, Vermont and Virginia also receiving signatures.

The representative said Colorado and Iowa had already certified Kennedy for the ballot. This means the Kennedy-Shanahan ticket is on the ballot in 15 states according to campaign officials: California, Delaware, Hawaii, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Utah, Alaska and Indiana, alongside Colorado and Vermont.
