Sale advances for HVCC to acquire Massry Center in Albany

The Hudson Valley Community College Foundation is one step closer to officially acquiring the Massry Center for the Arts, located on the former College of Saint Rose campus. The Albany County Pine Hills Land Authority (ACPHLA) announced on Friday that the required 90-day statement period has ended for the sale of the center, clearing the way for the transaction to close.
