Salt Lake City Police: Officer-involved shooting may have been 'unintentional' (GRAPHIC)

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) -- The Salt Lake City Police Department released new information on Monday regarding an officer-involved shooting from June, including bodycam footage and a 911 dispatch call.

According to an SLCPD news release, investigators are considering the "possibility that the discharge of the officer’s firearm was unintentional."
