Salt Lake City Police: Officer-involved shooting may have been 'unintentional' (GRAPHIC)

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) -- The Salt Lake City Police Department released new information on Monday regarding an officer-involved shooting from June, including bodycam footage and a 911 dispatch call.

According to an SLCPD news release, investigators are considering the "possibility that the discharge of the officer’s firearm was unintentional."

On June 29, one suspect was shot and another safely detained after the pair allegedly abandoned their vehicle and fled from police in Salt Lake City.
