Scattered thunderstorms this evening, downpours possible

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop through this morning. Periods of heavy rain are possible so we'll be watching for any repeating, slow-moving showers or storms that could produce isolated flash flooding concerns. The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for Franklin and Fulton counties until 10 PM tonight.
