PITTSBURGH, Pa. (WTAJ) -- For the second time this week, a million-dollar scratch-off jackpot was hit in Pennsylvania.

The jackpot-winning ticket was a Million Dollar Multiplier Madness ($20) and was sold at Rite Aid on Bower Hill Road in Pittsburgh. They'll receive a $5,000 bonus.
