INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Shelbyville High School Ecology Lab is continuing a holiday tradition that benefits the ecology lab and several clubs at Shelbyville High School.

The lab is hosting the Lighted Holiday Forest which runs on Fridays throughout December. The forest is a trail with walkways throughout and features over 40,000 holiday lights and 30 inflatables.

Organizers say that attendance is down this year due to snowy and cold weather conditions. So, the lab has decided to open on Christmas from 6-9 p.m. The forest will also be open on Friday from 6-9 p.m. with funds benefiting the Shelbyville Speech and Debate Club.

The cost is $5 per person and $10 dollars per family.

The Lighted Holiday Forest is located at the ecology lab which is behind the softball diamonds at Shelbyville High School.
