Some Baldwin County buildings and commission offices to temporarily close

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — Baldwin County Commission has recently authorized the closure of many facilities.

According to a press release, the Baldwin County Commission will close all Baldwin County Commission offices and all Baldwin County Commission-owned or leased properties on Friday, July 5 with a few exceptions.

Exceptions to the closures are listed below:

• Baldwin County Regional Juvenile Detention Center
• Baldwin County Corrections Center
• Baldwin County Sheriff's Office
  • Administrative offices will be closed to the public
  • First responder and corrections operations will continue as normal as per the Sheriff.
