Southeast Arkansas Corps of Engineers $346 million-plus project completion marked with ribbon-cutting

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officials completed a $346 million project on August 12 to protect the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System from uncontrolled channel changes.
