Southern California police department is letting officers show off tattoos. What do you think?

The Brea Police Department is in the midst of a new tattoo pilot program allowing officers and staff members to display their body art and they want to know what you think about it.

The program began about 10 months ago to "improve officer comfort in hot weather, as a recruitment/retention incentive, and to 'humanize' the badge," the Police Department stated on Instagram.

A video posted along with the message shows officers and staff members in action with their sleeves rolled up to show off their tattoos while serving the public.
